Named for the legendary location of local moonshiners. This is a high quality white rum that is made by separating the hearts (best portion of the distilled run) from the tails (poorer quality). Industrial mass spirit producers just it blend them together. We think you can taste the difference in both quality and smoothness (7 times distilled). This product is great with standard rum mix like cola, water or egg nog or as the base for mojitos and rum punches.
