Our Wards Creek Platinum white rum is infusion aged with roasted white oak. With infusion aging, instead of putting the rum in the barrel we put the barrel in the rum. The roasting of the wood creates multiple subtle notes of vanilla and caramel and a rich oak flavor. Past winner of best NB rum and we wholeheartedly recommend this amber ru.
