Ingredients

• 2 packs of fresh basil

• A splash of lime juice

• 1 bottle (375 mL) Sussex Craft Blueberry Liqueur

• 375 mL Oasis Berry Pomegranate Juice

Instructions

1. Place the fresh basil in the bottom of a pitcher.

2. Add a splash of lime juice and gently muddle the basil to release its flavour.

3. Pour in the Blueberry Liqueur and Berry Pomegranate Juice.

4. Stir gently and allow the mixture to sit so the flavours can blend.

5. Strain out the basil leaves and serve chilled.

For the best flavour, refrigerate the mixture overnight before serving.
